Elfrieda Roos
Founder
Elfrieda is a mechanical engineer with close to 20 years experience with proven engineering leadership and hands-on operational experience from senior roles in complex industrial environments, where performance, safety, and reliability were non-negotiable.
Bernhard Schurz
Technical Lead
Bernhard is a mechanical engineer with a Master’s degree and a decade of experience in industrial automation, project execution, and maintenance management. He specialises in process optimisation, PLC/SCADA upgrades, and multidisciplinary engineering coordination. Bernhard provides senior technical guidance on equipment layouts and process flow designs.
